Customers find car hires on our website from the prices supplied by our partners. Then our team contacts our partners to confirm the reservation. It is as simple as that. We can give our partners a large volume of customers if they have competitive prices. The lowest prices are always listed first in our search results. We are always interested to add new partners if they are willing to join our cause of providing a great service at a low price. We are working with "Pay On Arrival" payment system. A customer on our website pays only our commission, but the rest of the payment (your rate with VAT) you will receive directly from the customer when he/she arrives to pick up a car.

How to become our partner?

It is very simple - just send us the following information about your company:

- Fleet & Price list (with local VAT included)
- Location list (Location addresses and working hours)
- Terms & Conditions (Insurance, optional extras)

Our staff will create a profile for your company in our data base and import the information you have provided us with. After all the necessary registration steps are completed, your profile will be activated and your car rental offers will appear on our search engine. You have 24/7 access to your profile to manage reservations and to update your company`s information. Login and Password details will be sent straight to your e-mail.

How to manage incoming reservations?

1.First of all, you will receive notifications about reservations to your email. To process incoming bookings you need to open the following link and log online in our system: http://www.decodecarhire.co.uk/partners/auth.html. Enter your login and password in section "Partners intranet authentication". Once you log in - you can view and change all the necessary information by yourself (cars, locations, rates, etc.), as well as manage your reservations.


2.To view and manage your bookings, click the "Reservations" section:


3.To view reservation details click on the booking number

4.Then you can "Accept" or "Decline" a reservation!


5.After you have accepted a reservation you must enter your confirmation number.


6.Once you have confirmed your booking, our system will automatically generate our voucher with your confirmation number and it will be sent to the customer.

7.Now you just have to wait for the customer to arrive at your rental desk!
